The Marketing Coordinator helps with digital marketing, sales and business development, trade show coordination, and marketing communications. The position is a key contributor to the development and execution of marketing objectives.


What You Will Do:

  • Data cleansing and data enrichment processes in for leads coming into the sales queue and assign them appropriately to responsible sales rep.
  • Prepare marketing and sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data:
  • Routine reports on marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Supports sales team by providing customer data
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Organize and track all marketing reports to one shared Google Drive
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Create customer marketing communications (email, newsletters, website)
  • Assist in the organizing of trade show events and digital campaigns
  • Create monthly customer newsletter relevant to GoCheck Kids and pediatric industry
  • Monitor comments on GoCheck Kids website blogs and social media accounts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the GoCheck Kids’ brand strategy
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Keen to details and organize
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot/HubSpot


Pluses (not required):

  • Working knowledge of RingLead, Marketo, Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn
