About You 

  • Ravenous for revenue growth with a proven record of driving $15M+ of New ARR at more than 60% annual ARR (SaaS) growth    
  • Track record of personalized, nurturing, and encouraging coaching people to realize their full sales potential
  • Deep enterprise hospital experience - you know the stakeholders and why they buy   
  • Mission-driven 
  • “Growth stage” expertise for innovative products 
  • You can’t help but learn and adapt  
  • Anchored in customer empathy and obsessive over data 
  • Disciplined in your thinking (strategy) and your team’s execution
  • Able to travel up to 60% of the time
  • An expert on U.S. hospital systems  
  • At least ten years of professional experience
  • High proficiency with Salesforce 
  • Skilled at sales rep compensation design 
  • Maniacal about removing barriers our reps are facing 
  • High and positive energy 

Pluses (not required) 

  • Experience with primary care, EMR interoperability
